Purchased this in 2019 to house the connections and extension cord for outdoor lighting. I remember when I purchased this, I figured I might have to replace it down the line - but I didn't think it would be 4 years later. I connected everything, and put it in a rock bed outside of a garden out of sight. I didn't touch it until I found after a nasty hailstorm (and we've had others since purchasing but this storm was worse), it probably took one of the golf ball sized pieces and had a nice opening on the top of it. I have nothing but great things to say about this box, as it has withstood other smaller hailstorms, over a foot of snow for a month at a time, rain, etc.... And it still looks in great condition besides the gash. I'll be buying a replacement and mount it in a better spot this time out of the line of falling ice.

Keeps my connections water tight. I use it around the pool for the pump so keeping water away from electricity is kinda important, especially when kids splash everywhere. The locking tabs are quite strong and the wife has trouble opening, but that's a good thing. Once that cover is on, it's not coming off unless you want it to. I feel safer having it.

This waterproof box works perfectly! I got the small one and am using it for the extension cord and pool pump plug. It works good for that and does exactly what its supposed to, however I didn't think the pool pump plug was THAT big so the fit is a little tight, but I still made it work. I should've got the medium one, but I wasn't wanting to deal with sending it back and waiting as I needed to protect my plugs from moisture outside. Definitely worth the money, just recommend getting the medium one if you are planning on using it for a plug that is a big box plug, like most pool pumps are.

Bought this for my pond pump which need s electric year round. It's in filtered shade in summer and under snow (when we get it) in winter. It's still going strong. They only issue this Spring was the glue holding the seal in the top let go on the gasket. Couple drops of superglue in a few spots and we are good as new. I never would have believed a "plastic" box would last outside so long! Highly recommend!

I bought one and it worked great so I bought two more. I have one for our above ground pool pump and the others for our exterior house lighting. I bought the large size and have not had any water get in the boxes or any issues at all. We’ve had some pretty bad storms and they held up great and not a drop of water got inside. Highly Recommend!

It can be a bit of a pain to get all the wires in place and the top sealed properly. Once it is, this works great (so far). I'd suggest getting some short extension cords with outdoor rated switches so that you never have to open the box to turn anything on/off.

It feels a bit thin, and bends with thick cables, but it does the job well.

I mount these under the eaves for network and power for cameras, etc. They work very well for this. They are not secure though so if you need something that is lockable and vandal-proof this is not it.

Buena opción para resguardo de conexiones eléctricas. Yo la coloqué en exterior aunque no en un espacio abierto por lo que no sé si es totalmente impermeable como se dice en las instrucciones. La caja es de buena calidad, el material se percibe resistente aunque las manijas que trae para cerrar la caja están muy apretadas y si no se hace con cuidado se podrían romper al abrirse

Buen producto se ve robusto y resistente, solo el tiempo lo dirá, me parece un poco caro, la caja en la que venía llegó hecha pedazos afortunadamente el producto no se daño

Sella muy bien, actualmente la tengo en el techo para unas conexiones de cámaras de seguridad y han pasado lluvias y vientos y la conexión sigue intacta.

Aparentemente todo bien después de 3 semanas de uso...es pronto todavía.
