Arrived on time. Came with instructions (6 pictures with captions), receipt, and small bag of mycelium approximately 4x4.5x5 inches volume, 450g in bag. No signs of infection. There is a small pin hole above the air filter but the log looks fine. Instructions are clear but not complex as i have seen with lions mane. Open bag and cover block with water. Wait 36 to 48 hours then drain. Add 2 inches of water every 2 or 3 days. Pins in a week or two. Harvest between 3 and 5 weeks. If you know what you are doing this is a fine small block to purchase. If you do not know what you are doing you may need to look up more info and detailed instructions. I.e. mycelium dies around 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Indirect sunlight vs UV. But it is a good size and excellent price. I will buy again and recommend.

The mushroom grow kit arrived with an off/unpleasant smell and has shown no healthy growth after several days. The substrate appears compromised. I believe the item was defective upon arrival.

I love the idea of growing my own mushrooms and the product is great quality. Unfortunately my experience was short lived due to environment. I'm definitely going to buy and try again once I move.

Recieved this just after christmas. Followed the instructions completely. It has grown nothing but green mold. Infected and contaminated. I provided a clean environment for each step used isopropyl alcohol to disinfect everything that this kit would come in contact with. Dont waste your time or money, I wish i had read the other reviews before ordering this. Can I get my money back?

While the packaging and my experience says this should take a week or two, when the package arrived, it was moist and once I opened it I noticed the lions mane had already grown to the capacity of the grow bag and box. I trimmed it back once I opened the bag and tried to follow directions....but it looks like all that's gonna grow is what had grown in the bag prior yo me getting it. Here is hoping for a second flush. 🙏

I’m so impressed with this! I’ve had three successful flushes and they just keep growing. Every other product I’ve tried petered out long before this Note: I filled bag w two inches on the bottom probably daily if not every other day, always dumping excess water out at night. Maybe that’s why it grew so well?

The block did fruit. Barely. Got a couple of fruits about 2" x 3". It is currently fruiting again, another small piece, but the block is succumbing to mold. Better than the other brand I bought that didn't fruit at all but probably would not buy either brand again.

I am excited to see this through and I really want to try lions mane mushrooms. They seem to be growing but I really don't have any idea what I am doing. The instructions are very vague and customers support is nonexistent. I have tried to call and message repeatedly but have gotten nothing from the seller. I hope this works but I would recommend buying from a different vendor.
