Very easy to put up. Really don’t need the directions as it’s very forward. Only 4 screws needed to be put in. Package is light weight not hard to carry. It is a good value for the price. Very comfortable, functions as it should, I am VERY out of shape after having my 4 kiddos, I could only do 20 reps and I’m already feeling it. The material feels sturdy and strong for my weight. (181lbs). I’m not sure if I’m either too short (5ft) or just REALLY out of shape, I can’t quite make it to the top stoppers. It goes up with me pushing it, just hard when I am on it. Lots of getting used too. 10/10 recommend.

This is a pretty good product for abs workout. The assembly was easy to follow, took me like 5 mins to finish the set up. The pads for the knee is comfortable. Folding the product is easy and compact enough to store it away.

Like this product a lot. Only 4 stars because It did not come with great instructions on varying “difficulty” settings. I found out the hard way that I AM NOT advanced. Once I started at soft potato level, I got the hang of it. It was easy to put together. It’s light weight and folds up fairly flush if you need to put it away. Wish it had a lighted display but not a deal breaker. Very nice for the price. Watch for me on the swimsuit calendar.

My physical therapist recommended this to my because I want to continue core strengthening after PT ends. I am 66 years old with a painful back but am able to use this product. At first I could only do a few repetitions but each day was able to add more. It does not hurt my back. Easy to use but is a workout!

Works very good. I’m about 215 and it feels sturdy when I’m using it. I love all the adjustments you can put it in so you can work you way up to the more challenging angle. Very simple to put together. This is the first thing I use on ab days. I did not install the counter board so I don’t have a say on how it works but I don’t really need to count anyways. Definitely works your abs. I would buy again

This is pretty much ready out of the box, and it's relatively easy to use, even if you're not super athletic! It's also extremely lightweight, so it's convenient to put away or move somewhere if you need to.

You can definitely feel the burn. Very easy to use and very sturdy.

Makes sit-ups easier and fun too. This little machine is awesome and the padding provided makes working out comfortable
