I have a 4k ust and i use apple4k tv to watch mix of 1080/4k content. which hdfury product should i buy? and how will it help?

Hdmi 2.1 is 48gbs and you state you support 40gbs - what hdmi 2.1 scenario will not be supported?

so far all HDMI2.1 player like XBOX X or PS5 max output is 4k120 VRR its FRL5 40G bandwidth and if use PC graphic HDMI card normal is FRL3 or FRL4 its will be 24G or 32G max. so vrroom should working at current device in 40G
