Its good, but...
I like the ceres masalas, makes cooking really easy if you can adjust the salt according to taste since they use very low salt in the spice mix.The nihari masala is good, but nihari preparation involves steps and its very difficult to do justice with one masala paste. The wheat paste goes in towards the end and then there is the flavoured oil to be added at the end. These things make it next to impossible to get a true experience with this masala.Nevertheless, for a quick and easy shortcut, this is a good starting point though i feel that onion is on the lower side, the sourness is a bit high and the gravy needs to be adjusted with other ingredients.

Should have been in powder state instead of paste. Also its very spicy compared to other brands like Shan and banne nawab

OMG!
This is a pure 11 on 10. No other words are required to describe. Too bad they have a very limited arsenal on Amazon. Would love to try all their offerings... Kudos!
