The product claims to be 85mg of caffeine. I can’t know for sure that it’s not, but it really, really doesn’t seem like there’s 85mg of caffeine in it. I switch between coffee and tea and thought this would be a good alternative. Even after drinking two tablets (which should equal 170mg caffeine), I could easily take a nap. If I stick with coffee, this doesn’t happen. I’m on my third tube of tablets, and my opinion is that they’re ok, but they’re just not that effective.

I researced a lot of products. I was using Aribonne fizzies and green drink, but was just too expensive. I found this which is basically 2 products in 1. You get the energy green tea plus the greens all in one tablet. I really love the flavor, BUT it takes a long time for the table to dissolve. I find myself crushing up the tablet with the end of spoon so I will dissolve faster. That is the only negative about this product. I'll likely buy again as this is a good product, just annoying to dissolve.

Takes a while to dissolve but I like the taste. I get a decent boost of energy, and it lasts me most of the day. Since this is a 2-month supply, for the price, I thought it all made sense. I wouldn't mind buying these again because it's a nice flavor and has plenty of things that would be good for my body. I'd rather have this than a multi-vitamin.

I recommend these right after lunch. Fantastic lift, and you know you’re filling in the blanks from your lunch.I should state, that if you’re a caffeine junkie, you will not get a fantastic lift.
