I have used over the years some of the top notch products.It is important to know which developet,and shade to appropriately pick before coloring for your desired result.I used 7NN because I wanted a richer look.The products are the best I have ever used.(I have ash blonde natural)

It does the work. Just did not give 5 stars because I was not sure if I got a shade to light or if the coverage is not quite 100% for the gray. I will buy a shade darker and see if it was my fault or the product. Overall. I happy
