This lip balm is everything I did not know I needed. I got the shade Irie Rose and it is absolutely beautiful. The color is soft and natural with just the right amount of tint to enhance my lips without being too bold. It feels more like a nourishing gloss than a typical balm and adds such a pretty glow. I’ve been a fan of this brand for a while. Their sunscreen is absolutely amazing. These lip balms are no exception! I usually hate any lip color with SPF because they Wash me out, dry my lips, and wear off oddly, even the clear ones. I took a chance on the Cay because I love their sunscreen so much. I saw a few reviews before purchasing saying that people had issues with the applicator on the older packaging. I was glad that I received the upgraded balms. Each color, from lightest to darkest, worked on me. They feel just as buttery and smooth as balms such as summer Fridays, glossier, or laneige. They are incredibly moisturizing, easy to reapply, smell like vanilla, have zero white cast, and last a bit longer on the lips than the balms I mentioned above. I’m guessing that the addition of SPF gives them more grip. They fade away evenly, no weird splotches of dry crusty lips at all, and the formula is not sticky; there’s a little bit of a cushiony feeling. I wear them everyday with and without liner. I purchased a few for my family and got myself a clear one as well. I will 100% repurchase these. So happy to find sun protection for the sensitive skin on my lips that is actually a pleasure to wear.

Absolutely love this. Agree it comes out fast and may get expensive so make sure to squeeze lightly. Glossy, smooth, sheer color, vanilla flavor, spf. I found this after about an hour talking with Grok (AI LLM) searching for an spf balm to prevent aging signs that I could use multiple times per day that is sheer/not opaque, hydrating for my dry lips, I did not ask for good tasting so that’s a benefit. Threw out my sunbum stick (too grainy, sunscreen flavored and opaque for my casual style), blistex dtc spf 20 (the menthol is drying and finger application not ideal) and a really fancy lipgloss stick I got at a boutique store in Newport Beach that looks good but is greasy and tastes like sunscreen. Immediately went to the vendor site to buy the pink collection 4 pack cuz I know I will burn through this. Hoping Amazon picks up the 4 pack since I prefer shopping here.

This spf lip gloss is super nice, the smell is amazing. It is a little sticky, so if you don’t like sticky, do not buy. I personally like it because it reminds me I have lip gloss on :) it stays on a super long time, even after eating. Will buy again!!

I'd never heard of Cay Skin Isle before but got these in a whim and I'm glad I did. The colors are beautiful and the balm isn't too sticky or too thin, just a perfect in between. The colors are gorgeous on every skin tone. For context, I'm shade 330 in Maybelline Fit me & Lumi matte foundations, and all of these colors looked so flattering on me. My cousin uses shade 375 or shade 400(depending on the season) in Maybelline and she looks fantastic as well. Definitely worth buying again!

Here’s the thing. I LOVE this formula, I love the shine and I love how it truly protects my lips (I stand outside in the sun all day for work). BUT, the last 2 times I’ve bought this, the applicator just stops working. The product will refuse to come out and I’ve gotten so fed up I had to chop off the applicator on this one just to get to the product. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this or if it’s just my luck lol. Other than that though, I will be buying a new tube because I truly do like the product. Just wish I was able to get through a whole tube without having to give it a lil haircut ya know.

Finally! An SPF lip balm that’s truly emollient and eliminates dry chapped lips in the winter time in Southern California. Plus it comes in so many colors. And I can use my FSA/HSA benefits to purchase! YAY!! Best product ever, a true winner and a new holy grail in my beauty regime.
