It's cough medicine and it helps me so I'm quite happy with it but it is my personal opinion I can't say it will work for everyone as we are all different.

Good product this was a reorder

I am not keen on the really strong menthol flavour of this medicine. There is only a hint of liquorice and after about 5 minutes ended up with a bitter taste at the back of my throat. I only tried this at the tail end of my cold so not sure how effective it is. Luckily I tried this before going to bed and brushing my teeth which took the taste away. A cold would have to be really bad for me to try this cough medicine again. Glad I bought a small size.

This is the only cough syrup that works for my son, who gets chronic coughs. As in, he will cough all night but one dose of this and I calms his cough and he can rest. We discovered it while visiting family in Scotland and always bring some back with us but we always run out. We couldn’t believe it when we found it on Amazon US and purchased 4 bottles!

My wife discovered this stuff on a trip to the UK some years back, and was astonished at how quickly and efficiently it works. Since Monticello Drug Co stopped producing 666 Cough Remedy, this is the next best thing--and it tastes a whole lot better, too!

I used to buy this when my chest colds got bad in the UK. I wish they sold this in America at stores, but until then, I'll but it on Amazon. Tastes terrible, works great.
