No problems with the fit. I like it.

There are different size burning elements for ovens manufactured before June 15, 2015. It’s getting near impossible to find them at any home-improvement store, so I bit the bullet and ordered from Amazon, and it fits perfectly.

It would be preferable to be able to order 2 of the same size drip pans together rather than having to buy two separately. This caused the order to be more expensive. Various sizes were shown as a package, which I didn't need, so a suggestion is to make a pack of 2 pans of the same size available.

Seems slightly (by fractions of an inch) too big for the one large burner on my apartment size stove. I cannot find a 7 3/4" or 7.5" one to try. It is probably my stove at fault.

I have an elec. stove. Stainless steel drip pans are VERY thin. The packaging always tells you don't use steel wool to clean these. When something boils over and burns on these rings, the only way you can clean them is with steel wool pads! I used to stand at the sink, swearing, as I scrubbed and scrubbed these pans that I had already scrubbed for a year. NO MORE! These pans are extremely cheap (from all manufacturers). So, I don't trouble myself about it. I still use steel wool on them if needed, but since it really scratches the pans, I usually buy three full sets at a time. I find those sets usually last me about a year. So, my suggestion? Give yourself a break! Buy a few sets at a time. You'll thank me! By the way, a hint? Lift up the top of the stove. You'll find a small metal placque with the model number. When you buy these online, they often ask for the manufacturer's name and stove model number.

hands down the most exciting purchase i have ever made on amazon. when i got the text message notifying me that my package had been delivered i was overflowing with excitement... so much so that i actually cut out of work an hour early because i just couldn't wait to put this thing on my stove. opening the box, i felt like a kid on christmas morning! i shrieked so loudly with excitement that my dog actually bolted off the couch and hid under my kid's bed. installing this was amazingly simple. i didn't even need directions, which is great because this doesn't come with directions. once in place, it made my $300 stove look like a $305 stove. i tried to take a picture to add to my review but the glare from this thing made photographing impossible. if you're in need a drip pan replacement for your Whirlpool stove, don't look any further. BUY THIS NOW!!!!

Either the manufacturers did not use the proper metal, or they did not heat treat these drip pans. I used to be a Quality Control tech for Alcoa, and I'm warning you all that these drip pans were not made properly, and it shows with their first use. There are patches of purple, blue, and brown streaks right off the bat.
