I've used Laura Gellar products for years. Her primers are the best. I have fair skin and this slight tint compliments my skin well. I've also used the regular primer and hydrating primer. Love them all but this one is my favorite. It's lightweight and makes my makeup look better longer.

I love this Laura Geller with a bronze tent! It does not replace make up if you’re looking for medium/full foundation coverage, but it is amazing to go under your makeup so the foundation goes on smoothly! I’ve used other brands and they have found this one by Laura Geller is the best most affordable!!

Meh. It’s good but with all the hype and the word “spackle,”, I expected something ridiculously unique and wrinkle-filling. . I got the bronze and that does have a nice color to it and leaves a nice dewy glow. It’s “ok” as a primer but beautiful when used as an everyday moisturizer when you don’t want to wear any or very little make-up. Don’t get me wrong. It’s good but I have a feeling there’s stuff out there I’d like better.

I just love all of the Laura Geller spackle primers that I’ve tried so far. The spackle primer Diamond is my absolute favorite right now. It’s an illuminating primer that is perfect for mature skin. It’s great at minimizing pores and fine lines. It’s also very hydrating for the skin because it contains hyaluronic acid and it also has squalane and echinacea that helps to both moisturize the skin and boost collagen production. It gives you a very subtle illuminating effect that just beautifully highlights your face even underneath your foundation, which I love. I highly recommend this primer.

I bought this primer because the brand responded to my review of their liquid foundation, stating that it would help foundation and blush last longer. Instead of ordering from Laura Geller’s website, which had a long shipping time, I purchased it from Amazon for faster delivery. Pros: • It’s incredibly lightweight and feels amazing on my skin. • As a 52-year-old woman with somewhat dry skin, I love how smooth and comfortable it feels. • When first applied, my makeup looks beautiful and fresh. Cons: • Unfortunately, it doesn’t help makeup last as promised. • Within a couple of hours, my foundation, blush, and even eyeshadow seem to disappear. • While it initially looks and feels great, the primer has little to no impact on makeup longevity. I really wanted to love this product because of how great my makeup looks at first, but it just doesn’t hold up throughout the day as expected.

This review is for AURA GELLER NEW YORK Spackle Primer - Ethereal Rose Glow. As a primer, I would give this only 3-4 stars. For those of us with dryer skin (especially in Winter), this primer is not be substantial enough. My Winter skin sucked it in so I gained no moistening benefit. HOWEVER, as a no 'make-up day' skin finishing product, this is awesome. If in a hurry, I'll cleans , moisturize and wear this spackle alone (no foundation). It offers just enough color, glow and moisture that I need nothing else. My skin does suck up the moisture but I'm left with a barely there glow that blurs imperfections without looking garish. There are no sparkles whatsoever. And unlike other "glow" products, I've had no reactions whatsoever. One other tip...if you have a liquid matte foundation that is too matte for Winter or if you just want to make one more "glowy". Add a 1/2 teaspoon of this to the foundation for a radiant finish.

It’s creamy, does even out skin tone, and wears well.

Love this whole line! Last all day, skin feels great, not greasy.

This is great I use under my make up and on its own as makes my skin glow and feels nice on. Leave my skin feeling soft after removal too.

I usually have a hard time with facial products due to scents but this is great! Goes on smoothe, not greasy feeling and can apply powder pretty much instantly and not have to wait.
