Only two out of three pens worked!
Bought these cute Beefeater pens to give to my US friends for Christmas and when I opened the box there were three pens and one lonely spring. Two pens worked and of course one needed repair to figure out where the spring went. After 5 mins and the pen in pieces we still couldn't put "Humpty" back together. Very disappointed that someone put the three pens in the box and just threw in a spring. The defective pen was completely intact in the box.

One Broken
