Wooden Watercolour Painting Sketching Drawing Art Board - Water Colour Stretching - A3 A4 A5 (A4 + 1" Extra Each Edge)

Expensive but worth it - great quality, beautifully rounded edges and lovely surface to work on. I wanted a decent sized but not unwieldy board for watercolour painting, this fits the bill perfectly. I don’t find the A3 board particularly heavy which is important since mobility problems mean that items are easy for me to carry independently.I didn’t seal the board but so far it has stood up well to stretching paper and the use of plenty of water with no sign of any potential warping.

I can not fault this board, or this seller. Yes it is a tad more expensive than the mdf equivalent, but you really are purchasing a superior quality product. This won't bow, warp or break, and is surprisingly lightweight given its quality. I ordered an A2 size and am about to order in A3 as it outperforms my current board by a mile.This is not only something for the professional artist. It is something that the whole family could benefit from. I wish i'd had one when my children crafted in playdough, paint, clay, the lot! It could be used for jigsaw and I will reach for this during the long wrapping sessions in the run up to Christmas. Bravo!!!! Beyond pleased!!!Oh and mine was engraved..... BEAUTIFULLY!!!!!!!

I found this drawing board (A4+an inch) lightweight and, with its rounded edges, very comfortable to handle. The finish is very smooth and perfect for drawing. Nice smell of wood too! Delivery was quick and the board was well packaged by TheNaturalWorkshop. Very happy with this purchase!

Great quality but how this is as expensive as it is is beyond me.The manufacturers must be making a killing.

Having worked professionally in Art & Dedign for many years I have never seen such a beautiful drawing board…….. never, ever thought it possible to go WOW over a drawing board but I literally did!!😂 the finish is second to none, it is so smooth that I couldn’t feel any of the wood grain, which is ideal if you just wanted to use the board with pencils, pastels or crayons. If you wanted to use this for painting it has plenty of room available for ‘stretching’ the paper. As for packaging and delivery it was excellent; I ordered this on Sunday evening with just a standard delivery and it arrived Thursday afternoon, ahead of estimated delivery date. It was well packaged and I am absolutely delighted with this product.

I bought the A4+1 sizeand it is a perfect size for the majority of paintings I do. The extra inch on each edge allows you to use masking tape all round to stretch your paper for watercolour. The surface is lovely and smooth and the board is very light and easy to hold. I’m very pleased with my purchase and will probably invest in other sizes in the same range.The board was delivered within three days of ordering (standard delivery)
