What kind of warranty is provided?

It’s not a good company to buy. They sent me damanged / second hand product and now they are neither ready to exchange product not ready to return money.

All newyork product doesnt mention clearly about max weight it can hold or max weight wheel wont break down

It's pretty durable and sturdy. I've been using this chair for past two years now. No problem until now regarding wheel. Weight usage is between 75-90 kg in my case.

Three years onsite warranty or one year? If one then why such a misleading information?
