This HP laptop has been an amazing purchase. Right out of the box, it impressed me with its sleek and modern design. It feels solid and well-built, yet lightweight enough to carry around easily. BEWARE!
The one I received from WL Distributors loaded just fine, but then the next day got the blue screen of death with an error code. Called HP and had to pay for tech service because it was mfg 5/2021 and out of warranty! Even though I just purchased it 9/26/2025. After talking to HP tech again, they couldn't clear the error. I read the listing to the tech, only to find out it didn't originally come with that configuration! So, not only was it 4 years old, but had been modified with incompatible hardware! BEWARE!!

Laptop computer (rebuilt)
Bought this for my son. It is an awesome computer, he loves it! We were concerned about it being remanufactured, but this computer looks and works exactly like new. Very pleased at quality of product and happy to make the right choice to save money by getting the remanufactured one!! We Saved hundreds of dollars! We are perfectly fine that it was not brand new, it looks and performs perfectly.
