Oh my, what a find on Amazon. Purchased the ice packs for after having a baby. They worked alright, just didnt seem to get very cold otherwise they were fine.

Had my eyelids reduced and of course had to use this several times a day. Very convenient.

The ice pack is fine, it does what it’s supposed to. One thing I don’t care for is that the Velcro seems to be useless to me. I can’t quite figure out what the problem is, but unlike some other ice packs I’ve purchased, I can’t Velcro this one closed. I think the straps need to be shorter so that the Velcro actually aligns with each other. I literally cannot even utilize the Velcro, it’s completely useless so I just lay it on my knee. I don’t care for that at all.

Having used yet but they're super nice for the price. They were a lot bigger than I imagined then to be so I'm sure when I finally get to use them they'll provide the comfort I need at that time
