I bought this for my Wife as I caught her watching his videos. Great quality book with fantastic pictures and recipes. We are planning on trying every recipe, how many cookbooks have you said that about?

Great stories, easy recipes to follow

This is the first cookbook I've read cover to cover since Alton Brown's 15 years ago. It's easy to follow, entertaining, and the food is amazing! I've done a couple of the dinners and a cobbler this morning, which motivated my post. All his recipes are simple, taste amazing, and have a heart you don't often see in professional cooking.I love when I find cooking that reminds me of stuff my mom used to make.

I watch Kent on YouTube, and I've tried a lot of his recipes. I'm never disappointed. He's honest about preparation and cook times. His book is fun, and loaded with tasty eating.

I purchased this book for my husband and we love it! So many great comfort food options using a variety of ingredients that we love. This is a great book if you are looking to spice up your dining options without having to go to the store to buy all the ingredients, as most are staple pantry items. We have made a ton of delicious meals from this cookbook that our children also love!

A beautifully made book with interesting pictures and delicious recipes.

I bought this after seeing the YouTube channel chasing some quality American BBQ meals. There's a few good recipes I've done so far and all good once ive scaled the portion size and converted the measurements being based in the UK. I don't like that there's not a photo for every recipe, this is a real problem for someone culinary challenged like me! Also a lot of the measures are for larger group servings I.e. 8+ , it would be far easier if it was for 2-4 and we can scale up accordingly. In hindsight I wouldn't have bought the book and it'll probably end up in resale or a charity shop. I prefer to search the YouTube channel and select a meal I fancy from seeing the food on that.
