Faulty Product and Rocket Tools refusing to fix
I brought this item (It is a company based in Germany) and shortly after purchasing the machine starting leaking grease out of the bottom. At first we thought it was just lubrication from parts but then it was quite a lot. I been in contact with rocket tools who are refusing to take responsibility, will not repair or replace the item. They are an irresponsible company who will not comply with their legal obligations.
