Powered Toilet Lift Seat
The unit was delivered ahead of schedule, and I was able to assemble it and have it ready when needed. The instructions were clear and fairly well written, the illustrations were clear as to assembly order, and I was able to completely assemble with no issues. The unit ships with a 17 mm wrench, and an allen key. As I was following the instructions to tighten the bolts and nuts, the allen key stripped. I happened to have a matching allen key in my bicycle tool kit, so I was able to complete assembly. All of the components fit together well, the hardware was solid and had a nice feel to it. It works as advertised, and is a little slow going up and down. The motor is very quiet, which is nice. I would recommend this to anyone who is considering a lift.

UPDATE: Company was excellent and quick in response to fixing the issue!!! (See Update #2/Pro-tip!)
UPDATE #2: Pro-Tip! After reading some other DIY tips for the gap between the toilet bowl top and the underside of the power seat, I purchased clear table placemats, cut one in half length-wise, cut 2" tabs along one side which allowed it to bend/conform, then duct taped them to rim of power seat. This keeps the bidet from spraying between the large gap! I will include photos.UPDATE: The company immediately addressed the issue and sent us a full replacement within 3 days. I get it, doo-doo happens and I admit I was a bit reactive from the stress here. Their quick response and customer service is much appreciated. Therefore, changing to 5 stars and recommending this company. We ONLY received the frame, seat, and manual. EVERYTHING else is missing. I am seriously NOT pleased - caregiving for my brother with ALS is NOT easy.

Great product
This item has saved me from having to lift my 101 year old grandpa off the toilet 10 times a day. It also has given him freedom to get off the toilet himself. The two handles on the sides really help because it gives him the leverage he needs to let himself down onto the pot without raising it for him, for now. As stated in others reviews, the motor is slower, but it is fine enough for us. It was simple enough to put together, and it’s really sturdy. I do recommend removing the lid or buying a lidless toilet seat, because it will fall on your loved one and leave an awkward lift experience.

Life saving product for ALS patient
The media could not be loaded. Husband has ALS. At this stage he can still standup if the seat is over 23 inch. This allow the toilet seat to be higher.Pro:- the best product and best price in the market.- We also able to install a beget on top of it and work great.- lift pump is quiet- very sturdy and solid- easy to install especially with the instruction video here- arm rest can lift up- can move out of the way to cleanA few things that can improve however.- the lift movement is pretty slow- the gap between seat is big ( but I can put some blocker or styrofoam to help block the water)- the tilt is very steep. For handicap people, it almost feels like the tilt at the end 30% is to sliding them down the seat, even though I set the front very high and the end very low, it is still very steep tilt at the last few movement of lift.- worry about the paint of the edge rim of the seat. Feel Iike they can peel off and get rusty. But I can always repaint it I guess.Still an excellent product for the price

Safe, independence, comfort
Really sturdy build. Compared to other products on the market this is very affordable. You can mount your own toilet seat to make sure you sit comfortably. I have mounted a soft seat, which provides comfort as well as some non-slip to avoid the feeling of sliding off. The design is very clever. The weight is a con when installing, but a huge plus once in place. Because it feel so safe. The only downside I can think of, is the complexity for cleaning and making sure you have a power outlet nearby. But those are minor things compared to the independence that is gained.

Ok
For the most part the products ok. It definitely helps however the back goes up while the front stays down so for me I have muscular dystrophy/Parkinson’s so I struggle to keep myself up. What I really need is one that lifts both then SLIGHTLY tilts. But I’ve never seen any like that.
