Yes our manufacturing team is in China, but we are a US-based company in southern California.

Forget the boars, you'll be distressed when the bloody thing falls apart on first use. It's rubbish.

Q: Would this brush be suitable for use on my arms and shoulders to improve circulation and lymphatic drainage after my mastectomy?

It is obviously always best to follow your own doctor's advice, but several customers have commented on seeing an improvement in post-operative swelling due to poor lymph drainage. You need to massage the effected area 2-3 times a day with the brush, either wet or dry, to see the best results. Best wishes for a speedy and full recovery.

Q: How long is the brush?

The handle is detachable. I haven't measured it, but I can reach all over my back and hips. I hope this helps
