Omg amazing!
I was kinda skeptical of this dispenser as it looks a little cheaper than some of the more expensive ones on the market. I was not dissapointed! The bottle is large but not obtrusively so, the tray and the bottle are both sturdy and seem to be well made. INCREDIBLY easy to use, you just tip it upside down, pull the bottle off the tray, unscrew the lid and fill it up with water, then tip it back to being upright and the water will glug into the tray. Since it's just the bottle you don't need to change a filter or use a battery or anything - gravity does the work for you! A more than sufficient amount of water fills the tray and then fills up by itself when it runs low. I used this for my 2 rabbits and they took to it straight away, no troubles at all! Rabbits drink the same amount of water as a medium sized dog so for 2 buns I was changing their water bowls really regularly but this has been an absolute lifesaver! 1 full bottle has lasted them about 2.5 full days. I feel a lot more at ease leaving them for a bit longer during the day, rather than rushing home to give them their water. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Good size for a large cat or small dog
For any cat that has kidney issues, it often means they need more water than usual. This has been taken to immediately by the cat. Occasionally, the water does not refill into the bowl at the base. Not sure why as the way its designed, the small peg is depressed correctly when the bottle is inserted, but ... the water is licked away and not refilled (probably 1 in 10 times). UPDATE: after two months use the screw on cap split round the rim so it failed. It was out of the 30-day return period, but excellent Amazon found a solution and I had it replaced. The second one refills better than the first, so I think the first cap was faulty. It used to only half fill and sometimes not at all. This new one glugs the water into the bowl correctly. I have found the reservoir needs to be about half full or more for it to work best. Cleaning the bowl is trivial, cleaning the main water reservoir is less easy as it has a lip you have to somehow get inside. I found our cat eats and then drinks, which means bits of food get left in the bowl - so it needs cleaning every couple of days.

Smart dispenser, well received by the cat!
This water dispenser looks smart and is very practical. Set up is easy, fill the bottle, firmly tighten the cap, gently place onto the bowl. The cat was a bit suspicious of it when it would “glug” to refill the bowl but he got used to it within a day. He still splashes his paw in his water occasionally but with the water bottle he can no longer pull the dish or tip it over. My only tiniest niggle is that I would have preferred to have some rubber feet on the bottom of the bowl rather than just the plastic edge.

Hydrates and scares the cat in equal measure
It's a good sturdy dispenser, and fits plenty of water. Very happy overall, as the previous water dish was too shallow and I'd have to refill it often. That said, the bowl refills while the cat is drinking from it, and the bubbling noise startles him. Actively considering putting something like a tea cosy over it to block the sight and sound of the bubbles. Not a problem with the product, but if your cat is skittish, they might not want to drink from it

its a nice piece of kit
its a nice piece of kit, don't get me wrong, but I would have thought that with nearly a three litre capacity, the bowl would have been bigger. My labrador won't go anywhere near it, she can't get her nose in. This is only for small dogs and cats

Very pleased
Simple and effective. Easy to fill and my cat took to it straight away. The water container is wide and not too tall giving the whole thing greater stability. I would have liked a choice of colour, but almond doesn't look out of place. Good value for a good product.

Ended up not using the bottle.
I ordered this for my 2 kittens, to give them plenty of space to lap up the water. They seem to like drinking water from anywhere else bar their water bowls!! It's super difficult to attach the plastic bottle to the tray and often resulted in the water spilling everywhere. We have now removed the bottle element of the dish and just use the plate bit. The cats do drink from it but it's an expensive water bowl! I'd save your money....

Easy to use,no mess, perfect for pets.
I am using this in a large cage which is home to Bella,an African pygmy hedgehog.she always has a clean supply of drinking water, now that her water dish isn't being dried up under her heat lamp.I only fill it half full as she isn't very big.I like to refresh it often ,I am very pleased with this purchase.

We thought it would have been bigger in size but the cats love it and that 's all that counts.

We used these for our rabbits when we went out of town. It worked great. They still had plenty of water when we returned. Didn't leak at all.

Easy to use, easy to keep clean, my kitten and my puppy share this water and I only need to refill once a week or so.

It's a good product, and works as expected. It's a little small for the 2 beagles I have. I have to refill it every few days...but beats a daily refill as I was doing with a dog bowl. The only downside is that it can be a bit messy as you fill it up, and then have to turn it upside down to get it into the base slot....this sometimes spills water out, but I'll probably get the hang of it eventually.
