This is one of the best devices I have purchased for immediate relief of severe migraines and neck pain. Won't use it at first, but when you get good at it, you can grab it exactly where you need it. Very highly recommended.

Poorly made
As soon as you add pressure the rolling balls come off the tracks effectively making the product useless. I would look to find one that isn’t as poorly made for relief. A huge disappointment.
