i only take 1 gummy (the serving size is 2) because the less MG of melatonin, the better (scientifically). 1 gummy is 2.5mg of melatonin and that works perfectly for me. i start feeling sleepy around 30 minutes of taking it and i remain asleep throughout the entire night. i don't feel groggy or disoriented when waking up. i don't take them every day, but when i do take one occasionally, they always work great. plus, they're super tasty!

First night taking this and slept like a baby. It took roughly 30 mins until my eyes started feeling heavy. The gummies have a good taste, soft to chew and easy directions. Great product, I highly recommend.

As a longtime Kardashians fan (who has watched all seasons plus purchased SKIMS and Khy), I really wanted to love the Lemme Sleep gummies — plus I actually need sleep. I deal with a pretty unnatural work schedule and in recent months I have found it hard to fall asleep and stay asleep. After reading the mostly great reviews and being a fan, I was sold. However, I did not have the same experience as most. While the packaging is pretty, I still found myself having the same issues. I did not fall asleep within 30 minutes like many customers said. In fact, I'd lay there for over an hour, tossing and turning after taking the two gummies. I've also woken up throughout the night. I understand every person is different, but these did not help my situation. There was one person in the Amazon reviews who said they shared a similar experience their second time ordering, leading them to wonder if they got a bad batch since their first order/experience was good. So maybe I got a bad batch, too? Either way, inconsistent products should not be sold. Or perhaps this just isn't the product for me. I really, really wanted to love these (and get some good sleep) but that was not my experience.

I get so tired, my eyes water and I non stop yawn, but yet I’m awake. I would steal my husband’s melatonin gummies but hated the texture, smell, and thought the mg’s were probably overkill. Decided to try my own and found these. Yes, they cost more than others, but I like them. I like the taste, texture, strength and effectiveness of them for me. I ease into sleep, quickly go back to sleep if woken up, and I don’t wake up groggy.

These taste awesome! I have not noticed any stomach discomfort. I do believe they help me to fall asleep, especially when I take with the Lemme Chill gummies

These melatonin gummies are great when they actually work. They taste good and when they work they help me fall asleep within 20-30 minutes with no issues in the morning . I’ve gone through 4 orders of this , the first bottle of it was great and helped me sleep great , the second bottle of it NEVER worked anytime I would take them, at won’t point I too 4 gummies and didn’t feel a thing. My husband takes them occasionally as well and said the same thing. I assumed maybe it was bad batch and ordered again and those worked great again now here we are with my 4th order and again does not work at all. For $30 a bottle I’m very annoyed and will try and get a refund.
