Due to some medication I'm taking, my whole body becomes extra dry including my scalp. Even though I've always had dandruff, I was normally able to manage it - now, it became significantly worse and oddly, greasier, so I've needed to wash my hair more than I usually do.After some research, I discovered this product and I figured it doesn't hurt to try. I noticed a huge difference after the first use! The only time I had dandruff after the first use was when I was styling my hair right after washing it with this product. I used it for the second time yesterday and while I was styling it - NOTHING! I was shocked that it worked so quickly! An added bonus was that my hair was still soft and silky, this isn't something I always felt when I used dandruff products.

I, unfortunately, have scalp psoriasis, and this is exactly what I needed. Initially, I was surprised to open the bottle and see it was about half empty but then I looked at the content size and it made sense, I guess. This is a big bottle that can possibly hold up to 10 oz of product if filled up.I used it for the first time today and although it's very hard and messy for someone with long hair to try and put this directly into the scalp, somehow (with practice I guess) I was able to... left it in my scalp for about an hour before jumping into the shower to wash it. When I walked out I was able to comb my flakes right out. There was no bleeding, or resistance from the flakes and I can actually see my scalp now.Relief!It does say to only use once a week but since I have psoriasis, which makes my skin regenerate faster, I might use this every 2 days... we'll see.

I am truly disappointed with the amount product that is in the tube. I held the tube up to the light and look how much you get for the price. It's not even half full and I haven't even opened it yet. I don't think I will be purchasing this again especially for the price. I can get a full bottle of shampoo but not a full tube. SMH

Where is all of the product?? It was half empty and had like a tape on it or plastic but looked like it was put on it. For the price I expect a full bottle.... Otherwise I like the product and it refreshed my scalp but don't know if I am purchasing it from this seller again. Maybe it comes this way but it's not cool to be a good product with a half bottle.

I got this for my 9 year old in hopes of helping her dandruff. I’d tried the T Gel shampoo, and the Head & Shoulders products, but still seemed to have never ending flakes. So, I purchased this product along with their shampoo. I was expecting something similar to conditioner or a cream to soak in to the scalp, but it was grainy, similar in texture to an exfoliating face scrub. You apply it to dry hair, so I really had to use a lot to cover her scalp since it doesn’t really “spread around”, it’s a little sandy and a bit dry. Once I got her head covered as well as I could, I spritzed a little water on it and sort of rubbed it in and that help a lot.After leaving it on for the suggested time, we washed with their shampoo. She has long thick hair, and it was a bit of a challenge to get the grainy feeling out. Combing through the hair with conditioner in it did the trick. After her hair was dry, I checked and it was completely free of dandruff, even after scratching the scalp. So, it is a bit labor intensive for long or thick hair, but it does indeed work. I do suggest adding a little water to the scalp after it’s on to help massage it in.

This hair exfoliant does a great job. It doesn't foam and it's odorless. It's very easy to use, and from my experience, I can say that you notice an improvement from the first use (as long as you use it with the same brand's shampoo). I like the quality of the product and I really hope it helps me with my scalp problems and they recommend it for hair loss (time will tell if work or not ). I know this treatment will make my hair look very healthy, and my scalp too. Es muy sencillo de usar y por mi experiencia puedo decir que se nota una mejoría desde el primer uso ( siempre que lo uses con el champú de la misma marca). A mi me gusta la calidad del producto y realmente espero que me ayude con los problemas en el casco cabelludo también me lo recomendaron para la caída del pelo ( el tiempo dira si funciona o no ).Este tratamiento se que hará que mi pelo se vea muy saludable y el cuero cabelludo también. Una dermatóloga me lo recomendó!
