I got the Large size. I am a 5' 7" male at 170lbs 32 years. I bought this after buying a gaming chair that turned out to have uncomfortable seating. This seat cushion fixes that issue. The longest i sat on this seat cushion is about an hour and there is a major difference in comfort. my butt does not feel sore and my back does not hurt. The gel cushion is supposed to cool off the seat which it does as advertises. I like how versatile it is and can be used on almost any chair. The non-slip rubber bottom is well thought so it does not slide off the seat while adjusting yourself on the seat. It is very convenient that the cover is removable and washable. I like how it focuses not just on your bottom but also your back support. First time using was really easy. it came vacuum packed and easy to setup. The functionality of this seat cushion is very practical because it is design for multiple uses. It fits in my gaming chair perfectly so i could imagine it fitting in most seats. Overall, i would recommend this to anyone who sits for long hours and needs support for buttocks and back. It will make your experience way more comfortable and have you feeling like you wanna do something productive whether its gaming or working on a project. 5/5 even better when you can catch it on a sale.

We use this as comfortable nonslip alternative to hard bench seats at high basketball games for us. We attend 2-3 games nights a week and this soft, durable, lightweight but thick cushion makes those five hours much more tolerable. They are a little bigger than the seat, so some hangs off the back or front and doesn't fit exactly on tol, but this gives more cushion tk your leg to not be resting on the plastic. The tailbone cut-out design makes it more comfortable when sitting for long durations.

So far so GOOD. Having a mild case of lower back pain this cushion pillow proved itsef in alleviating; to a great degree, the sharp pains asscociated with it. Its support, thickness, comfort all contribute being a worth while purchase. It was worth the cost and I do recommend it for those who suffer with lower back issues. If this changes, I will make an update to this review!

Cool to the buns at first but that can of yours will warm it up in no time !!! Firm on the first sit down but very comfortable after a warm up. Provides wonderful support

It's very high quality, and I think it is probably great for some people, but not me because my doctor said I need something with more of a slope. It helped my tailbone pain, but it aggravated my lower back.

So far I'm really happen with this cushion. I either have a deep bruise on my ischium or ischial bursitis. Sitting was really irritating the area and I sit all day for my office job! I had made no progress in pain reduction after a month, but after a week with this seat cushion, I've definitely noticed reduced pain and irritation. Hopefully, I can finally make a full recovery now!
