Does what it says on the ti!
I’ve used this for tonnes of jewellery, and a little goes a really long way! It’s brilliant. It stops Copper from turning my fingers green, and my ears! It’s mega. It does have a really strong smell, but that disappears quite soon. Really impressed with this. It is very easy to apply, and I couldn’t tell if I had actually applied any product! but the proof is in the pudding and my copper has not tarnished and it has protected the surface. I will buy it again, and use it on all my pieces!!

Great Polish
Great polish with an even greater shine. Don’t be in a rush. Let the polish cure for maximum effect.

Protects your valuables
This is the final touch to protect your valuable, or anyway treasured, silver, silver gilt, or plated items. First apply the best cleaning polish, then use this to preserve it. It makes brass, gold plate, and silver/silver plate gleam as it gleamed maybe 300 years ago when it was made. Very easy to apply, and if you're ever seeking to sell your precious and semi-precious metals, you NEED this to bring out the best in them. Now, yes, I know it's wood wax: it works well on wooden items too, I polish and seal my walking sticks with it - but it also protects the polish/cleaner on metal items; that's what I bought it for, and it works well.

Amazing product for retaining the shine on polished metals using only a very small amount!
Amazingly effective. I have a lot of antique brassware and after polishing I used this wax on the surface. Only a very small amount is needed (just a very thin layer on a soft cloth - I always use old t-shirt fabrics). As it is applied you can see areas covered as it slightly dulls the polished surface before rubbing over with a clean cloth brings back the full shine of the metal. It is now 3 weeks since I polished my brasses and treated them with the wax and all are still as bright as the day I cleaned them! Normally the surfaces would already have started to become dull and begun to darken. I saw the wax being used during a Church demonstration where staff were polishing brass and silver items and followed their instructions. I couldn't be more delighted with the results! It might seem expensive for what is only a tiny tin but I think the contents will allow at least 20 more applications on my collection of ornaments, fireplace items and photo frames. The Church had only used 1/2 a tin on their huge collection of silver and brass chalices, candlesticks and candelabra and said they only cleaned all once a year!

VERY SMALL POT, BUT WONDERFUL EFFECT
I was rather dismayed at the small amount, but, having used it to polish and seal an old Naval tin (ie -- bare steel) trunk, I was just delighted. The instruction was to use the polish sparingly --- and it certainly worked. I had prepared the old surfaces with an electric wire brush, which leaves the metal bright and free of rust, but very reactive and liable to corrosion. The polish has sealed the surfaces and produced a brilliant shine --- much better-looking than clear varnish
