Himalaya Maroma Cedarwood Incense Sticks

Used to use these many years ago so I was happy to find them on Amazon. As good as they always were; long burning time and intense aroma.

A returning customer, absolutely love these and they burn for 40 minutes with a strong scent that lasts, looks like a small family business, buy because you won't regret it.

A VERY strong scent. The woody Frankincense is the strongest scent of the two but you do get a orangey spicy smell too from the Myrrh. The Frankincense has quite a mossy smell to it in this particular incense. If you like the smell of the inside of a church you will like this! It is good for clearing out bad smells from rooms as the scent is overpowering and it lingers for a long time. You get ten sticks in each pack and they are inside a plastic wrapper inside the cardboard outer wrapper. There is also a leaflet with it that lists all the other scents they do in the range and they do quite a few. I have used many from the range now and they are all high quality. This level of quality of incense is at the level of gift giving quality. Either pair with an incense holder as a gift or maybe a few packs tied together with ribbon or similar. They burn for about 40 min and are VERY smoky, and the type of holder you will need are like these ones 2 X Wooden Incense Stick Holder with brass inlay , Wooden Incense Stick Holder with brass inlay You can use the holders that stand the stick upright rather than at an angle but if you stand the sticks upright the burn time is shorter and goes down to about 25 min burn time.

Not overpowering, lovely sweet fragrance. Great quality. I will buy again.

Deep and woody with herbal tones and a hint of sweet lavender. It has a fresh smell and beats off other odours, which makes this particular scent useful. If you have pet odours this will help with that. Keep out of the reach of any pets or children. Burns well and for about 45 min. The smoke is very smoky. Maroma incense is usually quite smoky and this is one of the most smoky they do so if you don't like lots of incense smoke you won't want to use this one. You get ten in the pack and inside is a leaflet listing all their fragrances. the inner packet is plastic with the outer packet being cardboard based. Would make a nice stocking filler or small thank you gift.

I've bought this brand before.. Years ago, so was looking forward to using them again. Eagerly taken from packaging.. Firstly i noticed how few there were.. Then sniffed one before lighting. Smelled more like nag champa or sandlewood then lit it... What a dissappointment smells nothing like frankincense.., my partner commented that she thought she could smell a bonfire.., she said she thought it was quite pleasant which is amusing and telling as she isn't keen on frankincense. If you want an incense that is made with frankincense and smells like it. Do yourself a favour and don't buy Maroma, buy Nitraj Frankincense sticks instead.

Lovely smell

I have been buying this brand of incense since the late eighties/early nineties and have loved their scent ever since, obviously I have purchased other brands in all price ranges etc.. and I know these may seem a bit pricey compared to most but they are really worth the cost, as no other incense comes close, there is another brand I buy that smells as good but doesn’t last as long, I believe they are both from the same place and packaging is very similar. I love this incense.
