Laxapet 50g Tube Cat Dog Laxative

This is a must have. Based on the reviews I hoped it would work. And it DID INDEED. A very gentle laxative. Not even a laxative, more like softener. My boy was constipated and I started to get really worried. I bought this and thank god, my boy doesn't hate the taste. He actually almost like it. I think it's the sticky consistency that makes it tricky. He kicked half of it off my finger, and I put the rest on his tongue. It went down so easily thanks to its runny honey consistency. Before he realised, he ate all that was needed to consume. I was watching him and within 24 hours, the golden sausages were laid. Never been happier. A big hairball sausage passed. Very pleased as the rest of the produce was very soft. Not runny but really soft. So I will give him this weekly to prevent scare. Smells nice, must taste alright. One tip: don't smear it into your cat paw lol unless you want to sticky stuff in your freshly dyed hair. Effective yet gentle stuff. Highly recommend!

Worked great, stopped my cat from being sick and helped with her toilet troubles. There was no smell from laxapet and my cat actually liked it. Great value and definitely cheaper than the vets

I have a 14 year old who was suffering with constipation for a few weeks now. Tried a small amount of this stuff, he licked it straight from the tube and enjoyed the flavour. The next day he had the opposite issue; loose poo, and lots of it. So I’m still figuring out how to get the happy medium. But I would say the product does work, perhaps I gave him too much.

My 17 year old tuxedo cat was having a bit of trouble with hard stools so I looked for a natural product that I could give her that wasn’t in a tablet form…she maybe old but boy oh boy the old girl can still remove skin & flesh at a moments notice! This is third or fourth tube I have bought as it’s been really helpful in keeping things moving along gently for her but it also helps with hairballs. Things pass on through instead of me walking through the joys of hairball throwbacks! Giving it to her is also a breeze! They advise you can smear it on their noses or paws which does work but she actually licked it straight from my finger! But for ease, when I prep her food I add a very small amount (much smaller than the dose on the tube) on the top of each meal and she never fails to eat it. I highly recommend this product as it allows me to look after my furbaby using natural ingredients and no chemical intervention from the vet’s and at a fraction of the cost too!

Was hoping this was going to do the job after reading reviews. A great idea in theory, good price, packaged and delivered well. As soon as I pierced the membrane my cat vanished, I agree with him - the smell hits you, it’s not pleasant and lingers for ages! I did manage later on and put some gel on his front leg. He was far from impressed and scowled at me, he walked/limped with his front leg lifted up and wiped it off on the bed!

Works well for my chihuahua who sometimes has difficulty going. She loves the taste of it so no problem getting her to take it and it works usually within a day.

Nice gentle laxative. My cat took it no problem. She loves the smell & taste! Good product & easy to administer.
