Anthony’s Organic Vital Wheat Gluten is an ingredient in my favorite bread recipe. I only use 1 teaspoon to help with texture and rise, so the 2 lb. bag is a value for the money. It is a fine powder and dissolves easily. The bag closes well and protects its contents.

Going low carb is tough. This product makes bread making so much easier. It will never taste like regular bread but it does an excellent job and mine tastes so much better than supermarket ones. Get baking 😋

I love Anthony’s products. Vital wheat Gluted is that product you need in a Vegan, Plant Based pantry. You can make sandwich “meat” and other substitutes for meals, and it works perfectly. I have done washing flour seitan but it’s impossible to blend it with flavorings and other ingredients. I like to add tofu or beans and different spices. Using organic vital wheat gluten is the key to making delicious sandwich slices and vegan hot dogs, I don’t even buy began hot dogs any more. Home made is as easy as can be,
