Lovely Ginger Shortbreads - for an Occasional Treat!
These are really lovely shortbread biscuits, with a sweet subtle taste of ginger and little bits of ginger pieces to enhance the flavour further. However, they are rather on the pricey side for the small amount you get. But great as an occasional treat, or perhaps a gift for the ginger lover in the family (me in my case!) :-)

Not as nice as I'd hoped
This shortbread was very dark and dry. Tasted burned as if it was overcooked. Probably just the ginger, but not as nice as previously.
