Rubbish
Given that it is so easy to break everything on this record bag it is unbelievable that they are so hard to repair.If you need to replace a part then you can do some from the UDG website and for just €14 shipping (and €30 for the part) you can replace it at home.Simply pull out your rivet grinder / removal tool... oh wait.Get in touch with customer services who will eventually direct you to your local luggage repair shop.I have taken my bag to three luggage repair shops in Paris and none of them have had a rivet gun that will do the job.Whatsmore, I recontacted UDG customer services and they simply advised me to go to a hardware store or my local luggage repair shop.Absolutely useless.My advice? Don't get this bag. Spend the money on something higher quality.
