Q: Do you need to change the amount of salt in mac & cheese to accommodate the taste of sodium citrate?

I do not add salt when I use sodium citrate as it's salty enough. Also start small and add more if needed.

Q: What's under the bag?

I used to use Anthony's malt powder and it has the same "warning". Under the bag it says something like "you little rulebreaker. We digg that". I still don't know the significance of the digg with two g's haha

Q: Anyone make a gravy? (i am looking for a flour-less gravy, do i need to add cream?)... i am keto

I'm celiac, so I use arrowroot to thicken - mix in with water, then add to gravy
