Missing pieces
Very disappointed it did not come with all clips and things it need to make this a 96 pair shoe rack I only got about 29 pairs it was a lot of missing pieces to connect the drawers together… just terrible!!!

Not 5 star quality but well worth money and 4 stars
These are pretty nice units, we use for kids toy cubbys, the the unit takes time to assemble but it’s not bad, it would be 5 star except doors sometimes don’t work as so only as they should but I would still buy again if I needed another one… worth the money

The best shoe rack. I bought it for my daughter’s room and it’s beautiful. Good quality and easy to install. I love it

Flimsy, doors don't work right and takes a long time to assemble
I was excited to get this and get it put together. It took over 2 hours to assemble and although the instructions were carefully followed, the doors do not all fit to open and close properly. Some of the doors are scratched and cracked. The plastic of the doors, walls, sides, etc. is extremely thin. As we got to the top, we realized that much of the top frame would only go on crooked and the doors were even more of a problem. I tried to order replacement doors and frame pieces that weren't warped for the top and Amazon couldn't help. This is a private company's items. Amazon tried to find a customer service contact information and they said the seller had none. Not sure why Amazon is selling items that they have no contact information for. The only way to get a refund is to take the whole thing apart and ship it back. I will just be using the bottom that we were able to get together and hoping it lasts despite it being VERY thin and flimsy material. I WOULD NOT PURCHASE this item knowing what I now know.

I didn’t get all my supplies for the 72 shelf rack but other than that I love it, those is what I have left to go but no more supplies to go with them
