Is this a fake product?

I believe so. The packaging is different from the packaging on the product on the Etude House official site. If you look closely, you see the differences. I have also emailed Etude house and they said the packaging should be exactly the same as the one on their site. Hope that helps you make an informed decision.

You are contacting people like you, who buy, NOT the seller! You should look at other options on amazon to contact sellers. :) I'm using it and it feels great to me. I have red-prone, reactive skin. This product is scent free and soothing.
