Good headset for the price. These are not the cheapest available but they’re certainly not close to the most expensive either. Very comfortable, the sound is great and the volume, and power buttons are conveniently located on the left headphone. Including muting the mic by raising the arm. I work 10 hour shifts and have no issues with the battery. In fact, when I charge them after my shift, the charging light goes off after only about 10-15 minutes. My only negative is about the wireless charging, (which I wasn’t aware until reading the instructions). The earpiece became very hot on my charger so I stopped using it. Other than that, great headset!

I use a Bluetooth headset but on heavy meeting days, I'll exceed the battery life and need to switch. This headset "floats" on my head due to its light weight and also sits gently over my ears, avoiding any excessive moisture buildup in my ears. High quality sound is also a plus. Great for business travel and for remote office use.

This is about the CA Essential Headset Model HS-2000. This headset is great. Sound quality is very good. Noise cancelling is pretty good. This one thing I was disappointed with is that the mute function on the headset does not sync with the mute function of a Cisco Webex call running on a Windows PC. In other words when you hit mute on your headset, Webex still shows you as unmuted. I'm not sure about other conferencing products, but this is a minor annoyance. I contacted CA tech support and they are aware of it and plan to include that functionality in future headset models.

Between my work laptop, monitors, and the USB-C dock I have 5 different audio options out of the box. I was having issues where the 3.5mm audio jacks (one on laptop, one on dock) would take turns deciding which would work. Audio dropping in the middle of important meetings just wasn't acceptable.This headset and mic fixed the issue by having it's own device in windows. Audio in Microsoft Teams meetings has been flawless since. I especially enjoy the mic boom muting with rotation. Allows me to multitask and not have to scramble to turn the mic on/off when I get called on.I do find that the headset is a little large on my head. If it's perfectly vertical, it will not rest on the top of my head, I have to angle it back. This feels a bit strange for me, but is not uncomfortable. If you have a small noggin, keep this in mind.

Okay first the good stuff: this headset is reasonably priced, has good sound quality, and is comfortable to wear. The battery life I can't speak to except that it held up just fine for about 11 hours of meetings between charges.The "meh" stuff: noise cancelling. It definitely has noise cancelling, and it's somewhat effective, but not as good as other headsets I've used.The bad: what the noise-cancelling does do pretty well is cancel out your own voice... so you can't hear yourself talking when using it. I find this really annoying, and as a former electrical engineer, I know that feeding a little of the mic signal back into the headphones (either electrically or in software) would cost almost nothing. But to me this aspect takes a lot away from what would otherwise be a nice headset.

The headphones are comfortable and the microphone is good quality but if I'm going to pay this much for something then I want it to work as intended. My pair came with one of the ears not functioning at all, know that you're taking that risk when buying these.

My wife teaches on-line to another country. She had a pair of these and really liked them. She was having trouble with sound from her students so we tried 5 different pairs of headsets, but she didn't like any of them. BNought another pair of these and she is happy. It not the headphones fault that they are not working it is the software that the company uses.

Needed a headset for all my zoom calls- really wanted an ear-cup that provided comfort for long periods of wearing and good sound -- this has it. Even the microphone is clearer on the other end than my previous brand of headset -- my customers have commented. It was plug and play with zero issues. Cord is light and does not get caught on my desk or shirt - This is a great headset at any price, but at this price, it is a real value.I found this unit because I had purchased a CA dock for my Dell XPS notebook and it was a good experience - so easy to try another CA product, and it has been great.

I have been using this for a year now - product is aesthetically pleasing to look and use.This is specifically meant for office use and does it very well - 4-5 hours of continuous use and still no pain in the ear or head.Sound quality and speech quality is very good.Best part is the ear cups. They are still intact and haven't worn out.

I spend large parts of my day on calls. This headset has very clear sound quality, I’m told people can hear me very clearly and it is very comfortable. I hesitate to add a negative because it might be just my transition from mono to stereo headset but the only small thing I would note is that my own voice is muffled to me.

Its just 1 months old and the noise cancellation is not working. Buy only branded items. Waste of money.

I might be first one to purchase this headset. Using it from past 3 days.The Goods:- Looks good and feels acceptable quality material for the price I have paid.- The mult-point connectivity is good and I have connected it to mobile and office laptop. The switchover from one device to another is a tap away. And it is intelligent enough to automatically select the device playing music/sound- Mute on mic up feature is quite helpful- Not very heavy, it weighs 176 grams.- Call quality is goodNegatives:- The noise cancellation is for namesake, it is reducing fewer external noises and majority of the sounds are not getting cancelled. Avoid it if you are looking it for ANC feature.- Charging time is way too long, takes approx 1.5 hrs- The battery life is not not as mentioned by manufacturer. The max you can get is around 12-15 hours with ANC on in max volume- The max volume is 70-80% of other headsets and you will always end up using it in max. If you really want a louder one look for a alternative.- Music listening is good only with ANC on, the ANC is good for this purpose and it never cancels any other noise. Without ANC the music is subpar and any 500bucks wired headphones will have much better music than this one.- The battery management is non-reliable as the remaining battery indicator never gives accurate remaining power. My headset was at 25% and after few hours it shutdown without showing 10% or 5% status.- You don't have return option, only replace is available. If you don't like it your money is wasted.- The headset is tight on ears and if you wear specs it would be painful for anything more than 30minutes- Just like ANC, ENC also doesn't cancels any noise and the caller can hear all the noise around you. MS teams does it much better using only software optimisation.Edit: Changed the review positively based on my further experience. The headset is value for money.

Noise cancellation is very good and mic works perfectly takes very less outside noise.
