I need a bike cover that will cover my bike on a bike rack on the back of my trailer for when i go camping. Will this cover work for that?

It depends on how bikes are mounted on your bike rack. It will only work for bike racks that are platform style, and not hanging style. And you have to understand that the wind will blow the cover around, so you need to use stretch cables to take the slack out.

will this cover fit a fat bike?

Guess it depends on how fat the bike is. It's pretty good size, but very thin material and won't hold up well outdoors. I bought 4 of them in January 2019 and all are torn from wind, rain, and sun exposure.

Will it fit over a motion tec electric trike

This fits standard 2 wheel bicycles and Some 2 wheeled electric bikes. Also the material is thin and light. If you relooking for a heavy duty cover this is not the one you want. I have had mine for 2 months and it holds up well
