Brilliant supplement to take, sensibly dosed for twice a day. Although it only lasts in the body for about 30 minutes it does an awful lot in such a short time. If you are interested, find all the research on line you will be intrigued and amazed at the things it does for you. Love this company and trust it. There are a couple of reviewers here that shed light on the fact you may need more than the 2 capsules in a day to benefit There is no known optimal dose according to “The Kaufman Protocol” Terrific book for those of us that rage against age. Personally I take 4 capsules (2+2) giving 500mg per day as I am a slight woman. So the bag lasts me 6 weeks which is still good value and enables me to still split the dose. This is still cost effective against other brands that only provide a massive once a day 1000mg.

I struggled a bit to get the dosage right as I was quite ill at first. On the positive side at least you know that you're not taking filler! My body is generally quite sensitive to medication, so I wasn't surprised. Once I got the dosage right, I found that it made a huge difference to my wellbeing and I have cut back on my anti depressant medication. It's definitely given me more energy and has helped me with my sugar cravings. All the things it is meant to do.

The science is out on whether reversatrol makes any real difference to your health and to be honest I'm a sceptic myself of most of these products. To an extent I feel the same about reversatrol but there is a small amount of anecdotal reasonably reliable evidence that it has at least some benefits. Enough for me to buy a value for money product but not enough to splash out on some esoterically priced Swiss stuff which is the same but comes in fancier packaging. This product is supplied in cost effective resealable packing, is value for money and the capsules are easy to swallow. If, like me you not totally sold on reversatrol and don't want to spend a fortune but feel there may be some benefit perhaps then you would be hard pressed to do better than this product.

I purchased this product because it was voted the number one in its category in a health product review site. I am very glad I did. The ordering was straightforward and delivery was prompt. The product itself is elegantly packaged with clear information and guidance. Time will tell if I benefit but as the price is economical and all else speaks of quality, I am hopeful.
