Read the instructions carefully before use and follow them strictly. Start with the lowest setting, do not make more than two attempts per session, and be very patient. If you first pluck the unwanted hairs and then treat them with Clean + Easy as soon as they grow again, you'll be sure they're in the appropriate phase. Do not forget to sanitize your skin as well as the device, before and after use.
