This KT TAPE is the best I’ve ever used. It’s easy to apply and easy to peel off. It stretches perfectly so that you need less and it holds wonderfully. I just ordered three more. My knee is happy and out of pain when the tape is applied. Love it!!!

I liked that it is a thin tape and can easily worn under socks. It is rather sticky so you want to make sure to leave some paper on the ends to apply it, ( like a band aid). I also found the smell a bit off putting. I was using it to provide support for plantar fasciitis and kept it on for 48 hours on both feet, including during a 4-mile walk the second day. However, I have since learned that keeping the plantar fascia in a stretched or static position, which I was doing with this tape, may not be helpful for this condition, according to Dr Angela. (short, active stretches are better for long term cure). It felt okay the first day but did not seem to make any difference the second.

My wife had a stroke and we use the tape on her shoulder to hold it in place and the tape holds up really well. We use baby oil to get the tape and adhesive off when it’s time to change the tape. Have been really impressed with it.

I have a foot injury (ripped tendons under my toes) and am trying to put off getting surgery so I use a lot of KT Tape. It is a fantastic product. It helps support my injury in a way that is hard to describe if you have never used it. It pulls the skin tight and supports the muscle wherever you have an injury or just need extra muscle support. I highly recommend giving it a try if you haven't. Also, KT tape is the original and this is the best product in my opinion. There are lots of knock offs out there that don't stick as well in my opinion.
