SO much better then drinking the stuff! Same results and easy to use . I liked the added herb they put in and you can definently smell the vinegar in the capsules , but not the icky taste! I have these on subscription.

This pill seems to be helping me stay a bit more balanced. I lost 5 pounds and have kept that off. I am not quite as hungry as I usually am. The size of the pill is manageable. The smell of the pill has an Apple cider vinegar scent when taking the pill, but it doesn’t bother me. I usually drink a lot of water with the pill. I have decided to subscribe this order as I feel it is helping more than other things I have tried in the past.

It’s been working great so far especially when you want to have a cheat day without the consequences. Eat then take one right after you eat. I would say stay around the area of a bathroom. Also it’s been pretty great for blood sugar. I’ve been using it for about four months now and it’s helped me with my sugar.
