Have it early morning on an empty stomach and it works amazing!
This thing is effective and works like a charm. The trick is to have at in the morning on an empty stomach. Effects within 15-30 mins.

The effects are not immediate. But it does make a difference. You'll feel more in control of stuff inside your head. I recommend meditation with it everyday. Try it. I'm certain you'll thank me.
