Awkward but effective
Seems a bit awkward to use, although it came recommended for whelping. There are two holes in the end of the tube that you're placing in the dog's mouth or nose while you suck on the mouthpiece. It seems to be fairly effective but a bit awkward to hold the puppy and two tubes and suck at the same time

gets the job done quick and efficiently
Key part of whelping is making sure the airways are clear of fluid. This gets the job done quick and efficiently. Easy to use.
