This stuff is THE BOMB! I left it in for no more than 3-5 minutes and it did fantastic! It wasn't messy. It's thick, so I just pumped a little out into my gloved hand, worked it into my hair one section at a time and then rinsed out after just a few minutes and BAM! Fantastic highlights without pre-lightening my hair at all. The people complaining about it staining are ridiculous. What? You've never used hair color before? Wear gloves and all will be fine. Did not stain anything in my bathroom. Rinsed right out and left my hair soft, highlighted, and smelling nice. Can't say enough about this!

I have been dying my hair since I was 15 years old. I've tried many products and been to many different salons up and down the east coast. And I have never walked out feeling completely satisfied with the time and money I spent to do my hair. Even doing it myself I've ran into many products that just use so much harmful chemicals and smell terrible and basically wash off by my 3rd wash. I have never even had a vibrant look regardless of the color I'd choose because my hair is stubborn, doesn't hold in color, and definitely doesn't like the chemicals. Just wind up with dry, damaged, bland hair. I'd also like to mention that I have very curly 3B hair, and it pretty much has no water retention, and always looks dry and frizzy regardless of the amount of heatless and healthy hair products I've used. I've invested thousands of dollars in my hair to achieve the look I want while keeping my hair alive through it all. But when I tell you this is the first time ever using a hair dye that has left my hair silky smooth, healthier than it was before, and it looked more vibrant and beautiful than I expected. I was so afraid this was going to be another product that I threw money away for. But I promise you this is going to be my forever brand. The process of leaving it in my hair I noticed it was very oily, and when I washed it out it sudded up just like shampoo, I conditioned it and dryed it with a hair towel and not a single stain on my bathtub or towels. I styled it as usual with my normal products from brands like carols daughter and was to my surprise, left with the most beautifully vibrant and soft curls. Long story short, it's an inexpensive semi permanent hair dye that works better than a permanent hair dye, it doesnt cause any dryness or damage, and I have enough left in my bottle to dye my hair again. I see nothing but a big Win with this brand and I will be coming back for more. It smells like berries and it is so easy to apply. Just follow the instructions. Clean dry hair, no conditioner, seperate the hair into 4 sections, i suggest brushing your hair before applying the dye if you have similar hair textures as I do. Brush or comb in the dye so you can really work it into the hair. And let it sit 45 mins. Wash it out, condition it, style as normal. There was no color difference of the product from the pictures on amazon vs the bottle in real life and there were no color differences of when it was aplied to my hair vs washed out. Give it a try. Its inexpensive, a healthy alternative to hair dye and overall a great product. I garuntee that I will be buying this product again and trying many different colors with my new hair journey development.

Easy to use and looks fantastic!! My daughter will be Rumi from Huntrix for Halloween. She’s only 8, and do not want to damage her hair, but still let her color her hair! Application was easy and I let it sit on her hair for around 45 minutes including the time it took me to cover her dark blonde hair! I have no idea how long it will take to wash out, but will update review when it does! I put Vaseline around her hairline and on her ears and any smudges came off easy. I got some on my hand and it’s not coming off!

I love this product! It has so much in it for a reasonable price! It smells so delicious and was very vibrant. It lasted several washes. My only issue is that it is not the color advertised. It is a bright red instead of orange, so be warned

Remember to wear gloves for this application. It does stain your skin for a bit. Mine broke unfortunately. But, after applying the color and rinsing out as instructed on the bottle…the color was exactly what they advertised. I have lightened balayage that I love to change colors with over time and blue has been a fave as of lately. I have also been using this product for a while now. I have only had to reapply every couple of weeks or so. But that could vary with how often you wash your hair. Another thing I love is that the product smelled very good. Vegan product. Easy to apply. Quantity vs what you pay was also good. I am definitely purchasing this product again and looking forward to trying other colors. I highly recommend for those that love vivid hair colors.

Being a Salon owner for over 20 years, I like to find different products to try out to find the best of the best. I purchased this in pink, followed the directions with complete hair prep and lightened. The color did not last long at all whatsoever. It was very pretty once I rinse the hair And dried it, but it did not even last a couple of shampoos.

I am pretty unhappy with the color. On Amazon it's listed as "copper", backed up by the pictures on the listing showing an orange copper color. In reality it's straight up scarlet. Red. Upon looking at the listing it does show in ONE picture that the color is actually called "Venitian Red Copper", something I didn't see until the bottle arrived. Still, I was expecting a slightly more red orange and instead got red. The dye smelled nice and was easy enough to use. That being said, the pump stops working a lot so that you have to pump it a few times to get any product out, and once it does come out it comes out like a projectile. Instead of the product ending up in your bowl or hand (maybe I should've poured it instead but why add a pump if you're not supposed to use it?), it ends up on sinks and walls and floors. And this stuff stains the second it touches something, like most dyes. I'm not super happy with how it came out and will likely not buy from this brand in the future.

After a while it started making my scalp itchy. Otherwise long lasting, vibrant colors, no staining after rinse.
