Ultra Lyte Keto Electrolytes drops Are ideal to take if on a Keto or carnivore diet. It has blend of minerals, including magnesium, potassium, and sodium and has helped me keep hydrated stopping the muscle cramps I was having. It’s also zero calories. I’d definitely advise. It’s so easy to use just 10 drops in my glass of water is very effective and you can hardly taste it. Good value for money.

The product itself is great, been looking for a natural alternative to flavoured sachets. However, half the bottle spilled (annoying cos it's quite expensive) during my holiday. I closed the lid properly and even put tape around the lid to keep it secure before putting it in my suitcase but it leaked everywhere. If the packaging was better I would give it 5 stars. Good product but now I know I cannot travel with it after opening the seal as the packaging is not leak proof.

Highly recommend this product to properly hydrate yourself.It is very easy to carry around with you, although you can't carry these on the plane as it's above the 100ml limit. You could put it in a travel bottle instead.The portions are easy to manage and it comes with a handy sheet to let you know how many drops per ml of water.This has saved me from countless headaches. For those that do intermittent fasting or a multiple day fast, this is a must.The taste is fine, to be expected with electrolytes.

I was recommended these by the dentist. I must admit that I thought the taste would be stronger but hardly notice it in water. That being said though I haven't yet been able to figure out exactly how many drops to use and how much water to drink with it in per day. From the bottle it suggests 20 -40 drops per 4 litres but there is an additional slip of paper inside the box that says 120 drops per 3 litres! It says quite clearly not to exceed the stated dose but doesn't say what the stated dose is. If anyone can enlighten me then that would be great but at the moment I am slightly concerned with the lack of clear instruction
