I am perimenopausal and was having aggressive, intense, severe hot flashes about every 35 minutes...day and night! I felt terrible and oftentimes felt I was going to pass out from them combined with the major heart palpitations. I was extremely sleep deprived and was at my wit's end. It got so bad that I lay wide awake in bed at night nearly in tears because I felt so hopeless because nothing was working. I have tried individual capsule versions of Black Cohosh, Maca Root, Evening Primrose, Vitex Berry and Wild Yam... nothing worked. Well, one night as I lay awake feeling like I was going to spontaneously combust, I got on Amazon to do more research...thank God Balance Femme appeared. I read through all of the positive reviews and ordered a bottle thinking I had nothing to lose, I was desperate. It arrived a day early and I took my first recommended dose that evening. Thereafter, I took it in the morning and again in the evening with dinner. (I dropped it directly under the tongue). At first I thought it tasted like a sweet celery juice, but now I only taste sweetness. My taste buds must have adjusted to it, I actually like the taste. This is how Balanced Femme worked in me: the first week of using my hot flashes were still intense, but were occurring every hour instead of every half hour. The second week they were still every hour but were much milder and more tolerable and I was no longer sweaty and clammy and my heart palpitations that came with the hot flashes were ceasing. By the 3 and 1/2 week mark the hot flashes were pretty much non existent and I noticed I was not using my desk fan at work nor my portable fan around the house! On the 27th day of using, something amazing happened....I got my period (which was 67 days late!) My periods have been irregular for the past 2 years, so I'm hoping this will keep them on track. I am amazed that it really works and I feel normal again! I truly cannot recall when I had my last hot flash, if I have one now I barely feel it and I have to wonder if that's what it actually is! In addition, I am finally getting some much needed sleep and I am no longer falling asleep at my desk at work due to sleep deprivation. I just ordered the 2 pack option because I do not want to be without it. And guess what? I just recieved my order and I was gifted a free bottle! I use this product to help with hot flashes and the "aura" that comes before a hotflash.I have early menopause due to chemo and radiation and can't use hormone treatment, so I tried this product as a natural remedy. I've tried black cohosh on its own and that didn't have an effect.I have moderate levels of hot flashes and night sweats. But the worst part of the hot flashes are the "aura"s. They are very uncomfortable and I found them to be much harder to endure than the hot flashes themselves.This product has helped with my hot flashes a little bit. Where it has really helped are the auras.It was hard to notice at first, but after taking it for about a week, I missed a day, and the next day I had several intense auras. That made me realize how much of an effect these drops have. So I take them even if I'm not having symptoms. I went form 5-6 auras a day (with about 10 hot flashes or so a day), and usually quite severe auras in the morning and night, to 0-2 a day. When I do have an aura, it's far less intense than before.Some say the flavor isn't good. I find it tastes a bit like tea, so I don't mind it. I take 4 drops a day at night, rather than splitting them up, because I found I would forget to take it in the morning. So it's part of my night routine now.It is on the expensive side. One bottle lasts me almost to 4 weeks. But since nothing else seemed to work, and it works so well, I treat it like a recurring prescription.It has no side effects that I can tell.

There was a day I was at work and stood there, "why am I sweating"?! I began to notice it was happening even more sporadically. I was restless at night. I was having mood swings during my period and just didn't let it click. At 45, I am already a one time BC survivor. I did research and came across Rejuvica and thought I'd give it a try. I am on my third bottle and feel it has been a wonderful supplement in helping reduce symptoms, if not eliminate. I rarely have heat flashes (not that they were horrible, but definitely noticeable) and sleep is normal.The ONLY reason I gave this 4 stars - I received my 2nd order and when I took the normal dose, the taste was SO strong and potent that it caused me to gag and cough for quite some time. Whether or not I didn't shake it up or it was just a strong batch, it took a few days to get the taste to calm down.I highly recommend this product and truly, again, believe it's been a benefit!
