Needs to be molded over polymer at the base where it slots into the butt. Slide it the wrong way and off it comes.

This was a great upgrade. It feels better than the original pad & looks amazing. Once you get it properly installed it isn't going anywhere.

Fits great. It's in there snug. Does add some recoil reduction. For the people that say none, I would imagine they are holding the weapon wrong.

So I like many gun owners read reviews and yes maybe if you tried hard you could just pull this off but it doesn’t move when shooting install with confidence and know that it will help felt recoil on a ksg

Love how much it lowers recoil effects. The only odd thing is the difference in the curve as it does not conform to the shoulder so it lands where it wants when you pull up a gun to aim. I believe more practice will remedy this but initially, it is different, though not uncomfortable.

Used a blunt tip to push the edges in and fits snug. Just enough give to help reduce impact but still sturdy.

So I have had this for awhile now. I have been comparing it to the longer Keltec one and do find that it is better than the stock recoil pad that came with the KS7. It is close to the long Keltec pad recoil reduction but to hard to say without equipment which one is better. This one is loose fitting because of the very soft material that it is made out of. I could easily pull it from the gun if I chose to do so when mounted correctly. I wish they had made it out of 2 different materials to help with this and the sloppy fit in the action. But it is a low priced item that does help lower the force to ones shoulder just wish it was done a little differently. For a fighting gun go with the extended Keltec pad and for a range gun this one would do just fine.
