Off grid solar shed
So far I am very pleased with this inverter. The quality appears top notch. Battery cables are perfect. I like the audible feedback and the running noise, even with fans, is so low. The values/rates i’m seeing seem perfect. No issues with the safety features, but glad it has them. I wish I knew more about grounding/earthing and the effectiveness to ground. The only minor complaint is I with the remote meter showed status on capacity, not voltage. I hv a 200 W solar setup with 300 ah battery and 2k pure sine inverter. Based on my region and access to sunlight, I’d like to purchase another 200 W panels (400 w total). Currently I only get about 8-9 amps max for 2 hours, so my charge rate for this giant is roughly 10-15% a day. I’ve set this up in my shed and tested running the shop vac and saw for an hour. Everything is working well together!

works as advertised
I ran it for 3 days with a LIFEPO4 battery, with a small load(laptop/lights), and worked as expected. Barely warm. No fan noise as I did not put enough load on it. The remote gauge works but is not accurate. As soon as one green bar turns off, you would expect that you have 75% battery usage left, but wrong. You are it the last 10-20% of reserve (@~11 volts). No big deal but good to understand. Also, it allowed the battery voltage to drop too low, and my BMS kicked in, turning off the battery. Had to wait for the battery BMS to reset before I could but a charge on it. It was my choice to pay less and buy an inverter without a built-in gauge. And with a price reduction for father's day weekend, I ordered. I also tested with a 5 amps drill, on and off, and no issues with the sudden power demand ( was trying to simulate my cube freezer or frigo starting up). This inverter does not advertise if it can startup a large appliance or tools. I did not try any. Other inverters state they have a higher peak/surge capacity for inductive loads, which is a condition with a motor, A/C, or large power tool. Something to consider, or read up other comments in case folks have tried. Mine is the 1500W model.

Perfect to work on the go
I use this inverter to work on the road and it’s been great. I run my vacuum with no problem at all, and it handles everything I need. It’s quiet, reliable, and super easy to set up. The pure sine wave makes a big difference. Totally worth the price!

Solid Inverter but...
So I had this Inverter since June of 2023. It worked perfectly before. I only use this mainly for our overland truck and not using it heavily but just this month it stopped working. When I turn it on it just giving me continuous beeps. Thought it was over voltage from the battery but not. I tried draining my battery but still giving me continuous beeps. So I contacted Voltworks to see if my unit is under warranty and they said it already passed it but they're kind enough to send me a replacement. Huge thanks to Alice for an awesome customer service. Thank you so very much Alice!

Very Good 2000 watt inverter at a great price
I have 40 acres of Juniper out in the middle of nowhere completely off the electric grid. I run stuff with my own small solar system. I have had a Samlex 2kwe inverter for more that 10 years and it is starting to trip off under light load when it gets warm. I purchased this inverter to replace the current one. It is quite a bit bigger and heavier than my Samlex and, so far, works really well. The Good:1. Arrived quickly and well packaged2. I have tested it at 900 watts load and it holds that at 120v easily3. The fan is quiet and doesn't run that often especially under light loads4. Comes with a nice set of cables to connect to the battery bank. The listing doesn't mention the cables and I was surprised and glad to get them. A good cable set alone is $30.The Not So Good:1. The inverter comes with a meter that tells you when it is running and the state of charge of the battery it is connected to. You can also use the meter to turn the inverter on and off. If you are connecting this to a LiFePO4 battery the meter always tells you the battery is good because Lithium batteries don't have a voltage fall off like lead/acid batteries. Since I am using lithium batteries and it is just as easy to turn the inverter on at the inverter I don't use the meter. A meter that read output power either in watts or amps would be much more useful. The Not Verified - Longevity. I have only used this for a couple of weeks. It has been perfect since I installed it but how long it will last is unknown. I did not deduct a star for this. If I have an issue with the life of the inverter I will update this review.

Solid
Have two of these pups; both perform as advertised. Stable 118v across a variety of loads. Runs cool under 500W and handles 1000W loads with ease. Fan stays off until deep into 3-digits then only kicks in as needed. Idle draw varies between 0.3A and 0.8A depending position of soft switch. Remote works fine but has limited functionality (not a personal concern). I have little interest in onboard USB ports (something else to fail) but nice to have a single type A for accessories. Included cables are heavy gauge; appear to be pure copper. Well packaged for shipping. Overall this inverter handles core functionality exceptionally well at an agreeable price point. Nice find.
