First of all let me start by saying this bag is absolutely HUGE, I will need to split this with family because there is no way I'll use it all before it expires. It's also very fresh! It smells like fresh dried fenugreek leaves and they are very bright green and healthy looking. The scent is very aromatic and it's absolutely divine as a finishing touch to my curries!
