I've been taking these vitamins for a couple of years now and don't plan on changing brands anytime soon. This is a one stop shop for essential vitamins and minerals. And in liquid form, they are the best for your dollar, because you absorb so much more than you would in pill form. Not to mention, it's much easier to take one capful of liquid a day than to swallow a bunch of different pills and powders. My energy has sustained and I feel healthier overall since beginning with Vital Earth. Anxiety has gone because I am keeping my adrenals nice and stable/healthy with the added vitamin C and B's to support. The flavor is fine, no complaints here. I've had liquid vitamins that just tasted awful. This is sweet to me and no problem getting it down.

I am a 42 year old woman who has a history of vitamin deficiencies. I bought this product on a whim because I wanted to see if liquid vitamins absorbed better, and this product was highly rated, and seemed to cover a lot of bases. I have noticed that my teeth have lost their empty/clear look, and that my nails have gotten whiter at the tips. I feel more energy and have more mental bandwidith, and my mood is better when I take this. I probably take it 5 out of 7 days of the week. The taste makes me want to puke, but I dilute it in a small glass of water, and drink it like a shot. It does not give me a stomach ache on an empty stomach. I believe it absorbs very well. In my opinion, it seems to absorb much better than pills I have taken in the past. Four stars because this is not a third party tested product, so who knows what it actually contains. The lack of accountability makes me reluctant to continue buying it. I'm on the search for a similar product that is third party/lab tested, because I don't want to take something long term if it isn't being tested for safety by a third party lab. There is too much heavy metal contamination in investigative report after investigative report of this kind of product. More than half of vitamin products do not contain what they claim to, according to Consumer Reports, so I really don't believe company claims unless they are third party tested. I am afraid of being poisoned by vitamin companies who don't test their products, and source ingredients from other suppliers who also don't test their products. Quite simply, there is no accountability in such a system, and when the industry is riddled with fakes and toxic contamination, you need third party testing to be trustworthy, unfortunately. I do notice they have three seals in their product labeling/design to imitate the third party lab testing seal on other products, however, which makes me trust the company less. That being said, I am here to buy it again, until I find a better product, because it really does make me feel amazing. Hopefully I am not poisoning myself with toxic levels of lead in the meantime.

I enjoy taking these vitamins. I like the flavor and the quality is good. Absorbency and potency for me are quite noticeable. I seen to have more efficient digestion and restful sleep when I take these regularly. Btw, I have purchased this product multiple times.
