Can this strain soy milk and/or almond milk well? Thanks.

I don't know. I was hoping it would strain the iced coffee I make but find it isn't fine enough. It is great for straining quinoa.

Does this work well for baking purposes sifting flour,icing sugar

Most dry ingredients can be sifted through this strainer, but granulated sugar cannot.

What is the actual size of one hole in the strainer? Ie: 1/8”?

1/8"?....Hell no. Maybe 1/32 or so. Quinoa can't pass thru it. That's what I bought it for. Can't beat it. does the job well.
